Sorry, it took so long to post this. My car died on us unexpectedly and we needed a car. We looked at this type of car last year and found out that it was no longe being made. I was super excited find this car online and it had extra bells and whistles. The staff were really helpful. They made the process super easy. This was actually the quickest way have ever closed on a car. The car was clean and passed the check in with my mechanic with flying colors. We are really happy with our new vehicle.

I had a great experience at Kingstowne MotorCars during my recent purchase of a pre-owned Audi A3. The whole process was transparent and without unexpected surprises (including the quality of my new-to-me vehicle and the valuation of my trade-in), and the staff were all friendly and welcoming (shoutout especially to Billy, Patrick, and all the technicians in the parts/repairs shop out back--thanks, guys!). Great place to buy some these people are about their word. Surprisingly. I bought a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E class 350 had a few things that needed to be fixed (minor things) I bought the car and they had told me they would fix everything. I was a little sketched out in the beginning, but once I brought the car back they fixed everything in the car! It drives fine I still have it great place to buy a car!

The technician, Ben, was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He addressed every issue and need with my BMW, and completely fixed everything - with a smile and an absolutely cordial attitude. A ONE STOP SHOP-- If I could give more than 5 ⭐ I would! This place is a TOP NOTCH business. These guys run everything like a franchise with professionalism and customer care. I had a very specific car I wanted and Billy found it within a month. Prices are ridiculously reasonable compared to others. And to top it off, their service area was better than brand name dealerships. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS IS IT!
