They were straight forward and transparent in every part of the process, answered every question, and the procedure went at our pace. If we wanted to ask more questions, they were patiently waiting to look up the information if they didn't have it in hand. Ready to talk price? Great! immediately spoke directly to the owner. Agreed? Great! Immediately sat down with finance to go over all the paperwork. I'm sure we could have been in and out in a hour but they allowed us to take our time and were ready when we were. They have been responsive since purchase with paperwork and software updates to the vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I just bought a preowned Mercedes from Kingstowne MotorCars. This was by far the best auto buying experience I’ve had. They specialize in preowned luxury cars. Every car on the lot was immaculate. The guys are very professional yet provided a comfortable, stress-free environment. There was absolutely no pressure at all. Ali is my new favorite salesman. And Patrick made the transaction flawless. When I took delivery of the car they had the state safety inspection and the emissions inspection complete. I asked what documents I needed to take to the DMV. Patrick said I didn’t need to go to the DMV. They took care of everything and my plates arrived at my house three days later. They had even attached the expiration stickers to the plate. I can hardly wait to buy my next car from them."

"Billy was great to work with buying a car. He wasn’t one of those salesmen who throw the pressure on you when looking at vehicles! He got us the keys and said take it for a drive! We talked to him when we got back and told him our situation with needing the car within 5 days and we lived close to 2 hours away from the dealership!
Not only did we get all the financing and all the paperwork done he actually had the car delivered to our house in the matter of 3 day and at no expense to us!!! UNBELIEVABLE JOB BILLY!!
Even after that he’s reached out to us checking to see how everything was going and made sure we were happy with the purchase! The dealership had a top notch selection of cars and trucks with very clean and modern style office building!
Again can’t say enough about he well we were taken care of during and after the purchase!!

After Researching the Tesla Model S market for several months, I knew immediately when I saw Kingstowne Motorcars' Internet ad for a red Tesla Model S that my search was over (if I didn’t procrastinate).
The car hit all my boxes, which were many. Even more important, when working with a dealership in another state, 1,000 miles away, was Kingstowne’s solid 4.6 rating. I felt comfortable reaching out to them.
I worked with Patrick Baker and his Associate Billy Hashimi. They were both great helping me through the maze of buying a car across state lines.
When my loan fell through with the Credit Union I was dealing with for days, Patrick helped me secure a loan in less than 24 hours. The interest rate was materially the same as the Credit Union.
I would do business again with Kingstowne Motorcars and recommend them to friends.

I had never purchased a newer used vehicle from a dealership before, mostly 20 plus year old cars. I wasn't sure where to start when looking for a newer outback.
After meeting with the sales team, Ali and Billy, they helped narrow down options and find a vehicle that checked every box I was looking for at a price that was lower than the big dealers.
I was pre-approved for my loan through my bank, but I applied for finance at Patrick's suggestion. I was able to get a lower rate and nicer payment, even though I had been with my bank decades.
The whole experience was easy, quick and very low pressure. I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for a vehicle and want to skip the stress.

Billy, Patrick & Ali were amazing in the purchase of my LX570. From the moment I started the process I felt like Royalty. The customer service was next level, beyond exceptional, my experience has far exceeded my previous experience at Lexus dealers. The vehicle is immaculate, it smells new.
After my test drive, I indicated that the ride was not smooth as Lexus is known for. They had already ordered new tires and didn't charge anything extra.
The financial manager was so thorough that I learned so much about car buying process. Everything was so easy and fast.
I will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere but here.

What's not to like?! The employees at Kingstowne Motorcars were all polite and professional. They took both of our vehicles as a trade in on a Jeep Gladiator, quoted us trade in values over the phone based on photos and stuck to their offer when we arrived to finalize the sale. Everything was delivered as advertised and we are very satisfied customers.

I bought a Chevy Bolt there on 1/8/2024. It was the best car purchase experience I've ever had. Mostly because everything was so ... reasonable.
There was no nonsense, for want of a better way to describe it. No surprises. Right down their fee, posted on the wall in plain sight. I got a fair price, for a good car, without having to jump through a lot of hoops to do it.
It's hard to ask for more than that, in a used car deal.
But I did.
I also needed them to file a brand-new form with the I.R.S., so I can claim a $4K tax credit for this used EV purchase. Kingstowne was not set up to do that (the IRS filing system is new as of 1/1/2024), but they got themselves registered with the IRS and got my paperwork filed, all under a tight deadline.
So, not only no complaints with the purchase, but I appreciate the fact that they went the extra mile with the IRS.
Next car I buy, I'm going back there.

This is not your average normal dealership, they have service center and provide warranty and other services for their customers. They have a very wide range of vehicles especially luxury cars. We were helped by the one of the owners and were very happy with our experience there.

I bought my Mercedes GLE 350 from Kingstowne Motorcars back in December and had a great purchasing experience. Of course, one thing I never thought to check on my test drive and subsequent purchase was the seatbelts in the back seat. Only in March did I have guests in the back seat and realize the seatbelts wouldn't clip in. When I called Kingstowne to explain the situation they were great. They had me bring the vehicle in and determined the seatbelt clips needed to be replaced, which they then did at no charge to me. This is the type of excellent customer service I expect and they delivered! Great to work with and recommend to others looking for a pleasant, pressure-free buying experience.

Sorry, it took so long to post this. My car died on us unexpectedly and we needed a car. We looked at this type of car last year and found out that it was no longe being made. I was super excited find this car online and it had extra bells and whistles.
The staff were really helpful. They made the process super easy. This was actually the quickest way have ever closed on a car. The car was clean and passed the check in with my mechanic with flying colors. We are really happy with our new vehicle.
